Blogmas Day 18: Sunday Wrap Up and Planmas Video
If you think Saturday was busy, then I can tell you this...Sunday was just as crazy. And I loved every minute of it. Nicki and I skipped out at church Sunday morning so that we could go watch my cousin in her churches Christmas production. Which was awesome! It also allowed us to get some "cousin" time in with the little ones. LOL
She dropped me off at church just in time to grab a snack at WABC. They had just finished up their Christmas sing a long and had a potluck afterwards for church members. From there Marc and I headed back to my girlfriends home that I had visited on Saturday, so that he could see the graduate and her brother who was in from Cali.
We ended the night at dinner celebrating my BFF husband's birthday. Needless to say we crashed not long after getting home. I did manage to get my Planmas video up. Hard to believe that Christmas is only a few days from now!
Blogmas Day 17: Celebration Marathon
Saturday was crazy busy (what's new right? LOL).
It all started Saturday at noon, with the ordination service of two of Marc's classmates. It turned into a mini reunion with one of their professors. LOL
From there, Nicki and I went to her godparents home to celebrate the graduation of her Godsister. I have watched all three of my friends children grow up and its so amazing to see the young people they have turned into. I'm a very proud "aunty"!
But the day wasn't over. After the grad party Nicki and I headed to my oldest daughter's place for a Ugly Sweater Christmas party. By the end of the evening this old girl was bone tired!
Vlogmas Day 15: Nicki's Make-Up Shelf
I gave Nicki a shelf for her birthday to put all of her make up on. She doesn't have a "traditional" filming or make up room at the moment like most Beauty Youtuber's, so we came up with an alternative for the time being.

Blogmas Day 11:Sunday Wrap Up
It's always a good day when our youth are in charge of the service. Plus, they finished decorating the tree so that it would be ready for next Sunday's Sing A long and Christmas potluck.
It's an even better day when someone joins the church to partner with us in ministry.
The icing on the cake was when I got to love on a brand new baby who's entered into the WABC family. This is by far Marc and my favorite part of ministry (other than weddings and baptisms).
And just when I thought the day couldn't' get any better? I got to spend time with hubby out at his favorite restaurant and I got to eat real solid food for the first time in days!!! I would say that constitutes a really good day. LOL

Blogmas Day 9: Christmas Is On The Way !
Nothing gets me in the mood faster for Christmas than decorating! Nicki on the other hand did not inherit that gene like Quisha did. So with Byron away, she had pretty much decided she was not putting up a tree for Christmas. But after a lot of pushing...I did convince her to let me decorate her filming space. Since its small at the moment I couldn't go crazy so we started out with a few items that I know she can at least build upon when she gets a larger filming room.

After helping her clean up a bit (she is slowly unpacking), we headed to the Mall. I loved this winter wonderland themed area they had set up for Santa. Might have to tuck that away for the future.
Nicki wanted to go to Lush.
And I wanted to go to Bath and Bodyworks. Less just say we k\new better than to go in Teavanna after leaving these two stores. LOL
Than I made the mistake of going to Michaels with Marc. I was in there to look for floral picks for my mantel and staircase. Instead we both found the 70% off area. I did good and got this advent calendar for under 12.00. Not bad if I do say so, It had a few knobs missing but I know my handy man of a husband can handle that. LOL
We also found a Cup for Santa. Isn't this the cutest thing ever? Again at 70% off so this puppy was just under $4,00 from its original price of $10.
After we found the mug, Santa insisted he needed a new cookie jar to go with it. LOL

Blogmas Day 8: Christmas Kitchen Table Centerpiece
Since neither Nicki or I picked up a camera today, I thought I would spend the morning putting together a Christmas Centerpiece for my kitchen. You can find the details on how I put I together here. I also included a completed picture of the project as promised. I just added some greenery I got from Michael's Arts and Crafts and the a few red baubles from the dollar tree. Can you tell I have been watching a lot of British Youtubers lately? LOL

Blogmas Day 7: What I Ate Wednesday
I thought it would be interesting since I was having surgery today that I would do a "what I ate Wednesday" post. I knew it would be simple food so I figured if I was feeling really bad that I could just snap a pic and be done and it would make for an easy blogpost while I rested. HUH!!!
The easiest part of the visit was going to the dentist office. Well, minus the pain when he put the needles in my mouth. But for the most part I felt good afterwards and as promised he had that tooth out in two seconds flat. I kid you not....here I was still dwelling on the pain from the needle and he already had extracted the tooth. LOL
After being back home a few hours I tried first to eat some yogurt (maybe a bit to confident at that point lol).
Than when that didn't work I tried apple sauce.
Well let's just say that by the time I got to the broth I was done for the day!
I finally submitted to the meds and carried my happy self to bed!
Of course not before I made this sad face. LOL

Blogmas Day 6: Pre-Surgery Day
I spent the better part of the morning with my son while he tried to load an editing program on my computer. Watch out now.
He even created a video with instructions for me. LOL
Randomness. This is why you never send a man to the store without a list. SMH I want to know who is eating all this? I think he forgets its just us two now.
I didn't volg all day and neither did Nicki so I filmed a chit chat video talking about my day and my oral surgery in the morning.
