I loved most everything I got in my November Ipsy bag. My favorite items were the J Cat Beauty lip paint, the Laura Mercier Loose Powder/Brush and the BeaBombshell eye base. I'm still on the fence about the eyeliner (only because I'm not that good at applying it...lol), and I'm not sure that the Hair Oil will do me any good. Other then the hair oil I was very happy with this months bag, I mean who wouldn't like a glittery bag? If your interested my daughter Martinique did an Open box Ipsy video on youtube. Her box was different from mine though. LOL

October Ipsy Bag
My October Ipsy bag came in the mail today. Got to admit I haven't been that happy with my bag the last few months and although I liked a few of the items in last months bag (see below) it didn't wow me. But this months bag is really promising. I especially love the nail polish from OPI. And it will go great with the Essie nail strips I recently snatched from the Dollar Tree a few weeks ago!
I've never used NYC mascara so I'm really looking forward to trying it out and will let you know what I think. The other three products are completely new to me and although they are small samples I am looking forward to using them in the future. I have an entire bag of samples that I'm hoarding to use when we travel (which hopefully next year will be just a bit more then we've been able to do this past year).
September Ipsy bag. My favorite items were the lip gloss and eyeshadow brush. Still haven't tried the face cleanser (but its in my travel stash for later).
Essie Nail strips. I keep telling you all not to sleep on the Dollar Tree!! lol
And it doesn't hurt that this months bag is in one of my favorite colors! I know everyone doesn't count the bag as part of their Ipsy bag haul but I'm a bag addict (if you haven't noticed) and the bag is just as important to me as the products in them! lol

May Ipsy
You just never know what you will get when it comes to Ipsy.
Exhibit A: this is Nicki's Ipsy bag. It looked really interesting.
This is my Ipsy bag. Over all I would give it a C-plus. I can probably use most of the products but it was nothing I got overly excited about using. So most of the items with the exception of the eyeshadow from Pacifica is going in my travel bin.

April Ipsy Bag
I received my Ipsy Bag last week but I have been so busy celebrating my big 50th birthday (post on that coming soon) that I really have not had time to really explore the products. Honestly I really wish they would not send me the hair products (unless they plan to start sending products made for women of color). My daughter Nicki feels the same way (we are actually storing up a bunch of products we can't use to give away) so I have very little need for The Big Sexy Hair Root Pump.....which honestly I have no clue what its for...lol. I was happy to see (and surprised) the the new Mary Kay@play line in the form of a lip gelly. I love the color but the test I did seemed a bit sticky. I will have to try it on a few times to really give a review. Everyone on YouTube seemed to be excited about the Urban Decay Glide On Eye Pencil. I don't wear eyeliner that often any more because I usually turn out looking like I have raccoon eyes (having dark circles doesn't help) but I will still give it a try because everyone has raved about it. I'm still trying to figure out the glitter polish from Rainbow Honey (it didn't go on my finger like I thought it would but that could be just me not putting it on right...lol). And I have to admit I get scared when I see any type of microbrasion face product. Maybe when I have a weekend where I don't have to be anywhere (for like a week..lol) I will try out the one from Dr.brandt. On a scale of one to ten I give this one a five only because most of the products are pretty cool but I just don't know how much use I would personally get out of them. The bag was just ok which also factored into my ratings. Overall I still recommend the Ipsy subscription over other boxes because nine time out of ten you get some really great products at a great price (with most being full sized products). If you would like to try them out please feel free to use my link here .

March Ipsy Bag
I received my March Ipsy bag today! My thoughts so far are mixed. I really like the colors in the Be A Bombshell eyeshadow (Bora Bora) and the color of the Bare Minerals lipstick ( just wish it was full size). I found myself a but disappointed in the Pacifica Body Butter scent which is kind of a bummer because I was really looking forward to using it. I usually love anything with coconut in it! The bag itself is just ok and as excited as I am to be trying Nicole by OPI polish (On What Grounds) I'm not a fan if the color. Of course that may change after I try it on! And I guess I got spoiled last month with 5 products! lol

February Ipsy bag!!
My February Ipsy bag came in today. Oh Me Oh my!! They so made up for the one I got last month! First of all the bag is too cute (especially the inside)! Second with the exception of the hair mask in the black tube everything else is a full size product! And third...Zoya nail polish!!! Need I say more??
Update: I really....really like my bag bow that I've had time to try out the products. Look for a few of the items to end up in my February favorites!
